Mushroom Omelette

Mushroom Omelette Recipe with step by step picture. This is made with Eggs, Mushrooms and Capsicum
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Eggs
- 1 tbsp + more for making omelette Oil
- 3 chopped finely Garlic
- 1 chopped finely Onion
- 2 chopped finely Spring Onion
- ¼ chopped finely Capsicum / Bell Pepper
- 2 cups sliced thinly Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crack open eggs in a bowl and add a tsp of soy sauce. Mix well.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add in garlic, spring onions, onions, capsicum and saute for few mins.
- Now add in mushrooms and saute them on high heat till it is well browned. It will take around 5 to 7 mins.
- Add in oregano, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Now add this into the eggs and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, pour small omelettes and cook them till it is done and set on the bottom. Now flip over and cook till golden on other side.
- Now remove it and serve with toast.
